I am a very experienced Speech and Language Therapist working with children aged 2 – 11 years in South West London including Wimbledon, Surbiton, Raynes Park and Kingston Upon Thames. I offer assessment and therapy for a wide range of communication needs. I believe that children learn best when they are fully engaged and motivated so therapy sessions are tailored to the interests and needs of each individual child.
I am able to support children in the following areas of communication and development:
- Speech may be harder for others to understand
- Producing certain speech sounds is challenging, including differences such as phonological delay/disorder or childhood apraxia of speech
- Language is developing at a different pace
- Language develops in unique or non‑typical ways including Developmental Language Disorder
- Understanding spoken language or following instructions is challenging
- Using grammar and building sentences is still emerging
- Social communication and interaction skills are developing differently
- Neurodivergence, including children on the autism spectrum
